and is able to transport bulk or
packaged cargo.

20’ HC Bulk container is purposed for transportation of packaged cargoes or bulk cargoes (grain cargo,food bulk cargo, cement,...) including chemically aggressive and dangerous bulk cargoes class 5.1 according Global Harmonized System (GHS).

Safer for cargo (no intermediate reloading, no cargo loss, granules of cargo are not broken)
Any port that has container terminal can be used
Possibility of transportation by the railway with different rail gauges
Backload opportunities
NO need to use big-bags for transportation of bulk cargo
NO need to remove/lift the container from railway platform/truck while loading/ unloading
Possibility to unload bulk cargo at covered bunkers where railway hoppers are unloaded; no need special equipment.
TECHNOLOGY
LOADING
BULK CARGO
No need to remove/lift the container from railway platform/truck
bulk curgo is loaded by existing loading facilities through top hatches of container as it is loaded into railway hopper.
PACKAGED CARGO
is loaded in/unloaded from container in usual way – through end doors of container using forklift (container has flat floor)
It is possible to load 11 euro pallets (800 х 1200 mm) or 10 standard pallets (1000 х 1200 mm).
UNLOADING
BULK CARGO
You need 6 bar of compressed air and 1 worker
The rest will be done by unique unloading mechanism of ICT innovative container.
Safety unloading
Time of unloading - 1,5 min
By one operator
(same as for hopper car)
Without removing from railway platform/truck
